The 28th Annual Picnic des Chefs
will return on June 28 to Griffith Park this year, which is one of the largest urban parks in the US, covering over 4200 acres. Located in the middle of the city, it will allow more people than ever to enjoy the best of Los Angeles' French regional cooking. A wonderful day for the whole family under the trees surrounded
by mountains and nature.

The party will start at 11:30 am with apéritifs and lunch followed by a raffle and silent auction. Games (petanque, soccer, volleyball)
French DJ, life band and dancing Moon bouncers for the kids. Please carpool, bring sunscreen, hats, beach chairs, picnic blankets and a smile.

Le Club d’Art Dramatique du Lycée Français de Los Angeles présente quatre pièces courtes et caustiques écrites par l’auteur contemporain Jean-Claude Grumberg – Les Vacances, Michu, Rixe, Les Gnoufs – pour dire la peur de l'autre et pointer, avec humour et cruauté, le racisme et la bêtise ordinaires. Bien que souvent tourné vers la problématique d'une Histoire faite de violences, Grumberg n'exclut pas pour autant l'humour des ses pièces. Elles sont peuplées de 'petites gens' d'une vérité à la fois cocasse, affectueuse et féroce. L'auteur tombe juste, le rire domine et n'épargne pas les bassesses du genre humain.
